Return & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders (COD and prepaid) are confirmed before shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available only within the UAE
- Customer must provide a reachable phone number
- Refusal of COD delivery without valid reason may result in future order restrictions
3. Advance / Prepaid Payment Policy
- Prepaid orders are processed faster than COD orders
- Once shipped, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled
- Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method only
4. Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Hygiene-related products (if opened)
- Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
